Metalfex
The Metalfex is designed for loading by feeding belt, it has an inlet belt and an upper separator upstream for the separation of ferrous materials. Non-ferrous metals are sorted using a vortex separator with an eccentric bar system, non-ferrous metals and the clean fraction are discharged with two belts on the right and left of the machine. All components are operated electrically, either by the on-board diesel generator or by the electrical grid.

WIDE AREA OF APPLICATION
The Metalfex can be used with shredded wood waste and bulk waste, industrial and commercial waste, household waste, mixed construction waste and outgoing shredders. With its robust and powerful design, it can accept input grain sizes up to 300mm in an extremely wide range of materials.
FERROS SEPARATION INCLUDED
A neodymium ribbon magnet above the suction conveyor to the non-ferrous metal separator conveyor allows for effective removal of all ferrous parts, which can be conveyed left or right as desired.
ADJUSTABLE WITH PRECISION
The separation of non-ferrous metals takes place through an eddy current separator with an eccentric pole system. The adjustable separation vertex allows you to set it precisely for the material at hand. The working width of the NF separator unit is 1.95 m.
COMFORTABLE EXHAUST
The NF metals and the clean fraction are emitted on two folding conveyors to the right and left of the machine. The 0.8m wide belts can reach discharge heights from 2.3m to 3.15m depending on the machine configuration
FLEXIBLE POWER AND MOBILITY
All components are electrically powered. Power comes from the on-board diesel generator or from the mains. The Metalfex is available in versions with a compact lifting hook, an easily maneuverable two-axle trailer or with a construction frame.
SIMPLE MAINTENANCE
Large access doors on both sides ensure easy access to all maintenance points. Changing the NF separator belt is also easy.
