Today we are a European reality. The Group we are part of, in fact, is a Caterpillar dealer also in the Balkans with Teknoxgroup, since 1990, and in Spain and Portugal, through Finanzauto and STET, from 2018.

The company OLMIA of Vercelli, manufacturers of machinery for rice cultivation, decides to import and market throughout northern Italy the Caterpillar machines that have revolutionized the working world.
OLMIA extends its business, selling Caterpillar machines throughout northern and central Italy and subsequently changing its name to IMAI.
IMAI becomes CGT, Compagnia Generale Trattori SpA, and moves its central offices to Milan.
The Quality Project is initiated, for the purpose of guaranteeing constantly superior, winning solutions for our customers.
Nasce la Noloitalia Una nuova società del gruppo Tesa completamente dedicata al Noleggio non solo delle macchine compatte Caterpillar ma anche di altre macchine ed attrezzature legate specificatamente al mondo dell’Edilizia.
CLS is founded, presenting itself to the market as a single supplier of solutions for material handling and logistics.
Thanks to the merger with GTS, CGT becomes the largest earth moving company in Italy. Noloitalia becomes CGT Edilizia S.p.A.
CGT markets, rents out and provides assistance in Italy for the entire range of Komptech machines and systems for the mechanical and biological treatment of solid waste and biomass.
A DAF dealer since 2008, the company CGT Trucks is founded to focus exclusively on marketing and servicing the DAF range.
A partnership is formed with Sandvik Construction for the sale, servicing and rental throughout Italy of crushers, mobile screens and surface drillers.
