Caiman 25MC Mobile
The Caiman mixer is a state-of-the-art machine designed to mix pruning clippings with digestate in the composting process, sewage sludge and soil. Due to its exceptional mixing homogeneity, it ensures uniform maturation of piles, reducing maturation time and improving compost quality. In addition, it makes it possible to increase the amount of material accepted for refining, thus reducing the amount of waste going to landfill.

Features
Large Mixing Chamber
The mixer boasts a spacious mixing chamber of 25 cubic meters, providing ample space for efficient mixing.
Specialized Mixing Trees
Mixing is done through four specialized shafts, each equipped with a helical spiral. Two of these shafts, with variable pitch, are located at the bottom and have a diameter of 900 mm, while the other two, with a diameter of 800 mm, are located at the top.
Versatile mixing blades
The shafts are equipped with mixing blades at the ends of the spirals. These blades have different shapes and materials, are removable, and provide excellent mixing performance.
Batch and Continuous Processing
The machine is designed to operate in both batch and continuous modes. In continuous mixing, the upstream system must maintain a constant flow proportional to the desired recipe.
Differentiated rotation speeds
Each shaft rotates at a different speed and in the opposite direction. This technical choice, combined with the variable pitch spirals, ensures exceptional mixing capacity in both batch and continuous modes.
Control group
The machine is powered by two 90 kW electric motors, each controlled by an inverter. This configuration allows precise control of the mixing process and flexibility in speed management. The mixer, upon request, can also be designed in a wheel-driven version, in which case a diesel thermal motor can be installed.
Rugged construction
The machine structure is made of structural steel reinforced at major wear points with plates made of special material. The frame is made of strong profiles and thick flanges, ensuring strength and durability.
Large Access Hatches
The mixing tank is equipped with two large side doors (1.8x5 m), which can be opened as swing doors. These hatches primarily provide operators with safe access for maintenance. (Under no circumstances should maintenance personnel enter the mixing tank, as all operations can be performed from the outside).
Integrated Electric Panel
The machine is equipped with its own electrical panel, enabling control and operation both from the front panel and remotely. The system is compatible with Industry 4.0 standards, enabling seamless integration into modern industrial processes.
