Success story – Sahara Desert
28 gas compression engines for a total installed capacity of 23MW. We take care of on-site routine maintenance, supply spare parts (both Cat and other brands) and are on call to solve problems by telephone 24 hours a day. We guarantee an estimated performance of 99% availability.
Success story – International Paper
International Paper, a multinational American paper manufacturer, has signed with us a multi-year maintenance contract to take advantage of the savings guaranteed by our cogeneration plant. The plant is composed of a containerized cogenerator with a capacity of 1200 ekW, which recovers waste heat in the form of hot water, steam and cooling power by means of a lithium bromide-based absorber.
Success story – Auricchio
For Auricchio, a leading company in the manufacture and distribution of dairy products since 1877, we prepared a contract for scheduled preventive maintenance to be carried out at regular intervals on the engine, in addition to guaranteeing assistance within 24 hours for our cogeneration plant at the Cremona factories. The plant, using a Cat G3516C generator run on natural gas and capable of producing 1600 kW of electrical energy, makes it possible to recover about 800 kW of low temperature heat for preheating the water for the boilers and the air conditioning system of the plant and 900 kW of heat in the form of steam.

Specialized Engine Workshop
Our workshop specializing in engine overhaul was established in 2010 at the Vercelli branch with the purpose of developing the necessary specialized skills for our customers of the energy division.
Working in synergy with the technical centre, a team of highly experienced technicians carries out repairs and overhauls in shorter times and with controlled costs. Our staff is motivated by passion and enthusiasm, our skills are guaranteed by regular refresher courses and advanced equipment enables us to work safely and efficiently.
A test bench with 5 bays completes our diagnosis and testing ability, making our Specialized Engine Workshop a point of reference for the entire country.
A technical specialist for each area of activity works closely with the factory to inform our technicians and customers on the most up-to-date and efficient solutions. Our philosophy of technical assistance has allowed us over the years to establish relationships with most Cat dealers in the world, thereby enabling us to support our Marine, OEM and OIL & GAS customers abroad, making them truly feel ‘at home anywhere’.
A structured training centre, equipped with two classrooms and a bay for practical testing, delivers 8,000 hours of training per year. Here our end customers can follow courses held by certified CIAP (Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program) trainers. Thanks to our close collaboration with the training centre of Malaga we are able to develop specific solutions catering to every need. A new product management process (NPI New Product Introduction) allows us to anticipate market needs in terms of technical expertise and equipment.
